Before you ask.
What's the catch with nothing upfront?
There isn't one. The build is paid off through your monthly fee over 12 months, which is why there's a 12-month term starting from launch. If you need to leave early, you pay out what's left of the build and keep the site.
When do I start paying?
On launch day. Nothing is charged while we build, so if you're not happy with the finished site before it goes live, you walk away owing nothing.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can honestly guarantee the number one spot, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we can promise is that every site is built to rank, your Google profile is set up properly, and you'll see where you sit for your key searches every month. Most changes take a few weeks to a few months to show.
Can I pay yearly instead?
Yes. $1,990 a year, paid on launch day, which works out to two months free.
What if I don't like the mockup?
Then that's the end of it. No cost, no follow-up emails, no hard feelings.
Do I own the website?
Your domain is always registered in your name, and your photos and words are yours. After 12 months you can buy the site outright for $1,000 and take it anywhere.
What do I actually have to do?
Look at the mockup, have one 45-minute chat, share your photos and logins, and review the site once. Under two hours across the whole project.
Do I need new photos?
Usually not. Most businesses have plenty of good material spread across phones, Instagram and old shoots. We pull it together and give it one consistent edit. If there are real gaps, we'll say so, and you can add a shoot.
Can I update it myself?
Yes. Menus, events, prices and news can be changed from a simple dashboard, and you get a five-minute video showing how. Or just send us the change; up to an hour a month is included.
What if I want a shop or bookings later?
Add them when you're ready. Because your site is real code rather than a page builder, a shop, gift vouchers, a mailing list or a booking system can be added without rebuilding.
